Content Management
B Corp Store | Content Manager
​
As Content Manager of the B Corp Store, I spearheaded all monthly site updates and worked closely with developers and designers to document and fix bugs. I uploaded and edited all site copy and managed digital assets (images and video) in a WordPress CMS. This was a lean MVP site at launch, so we performed A/B testing and used Google Analytics to glean insights on customer behavior and site performance.

I researched, wrote, and edited monthly blog posts for the B Corp Store and promoted them across multiple social media platforms and in monthly email newsletters. Typically these blog posts featured a new vendor added recently or a focus on a particular product or seasonal products.

Chicago Neighborhoods 2015 | Website

Chicago Community Trust came to Mightbytes requesting the quick turnaround of a simple website designed to provide users access to documents, plans and information gathered for the Chicago Neighborhoods 2015 project. As a content strategist on the project, I participated in the initial discovery session, whiteboard site design, architecture and site mapping sessions, and final content migration.

Northwestern University | Site Redesign

When Northwestern University moved to a new, unified website design, they needed significant content migration support. As part of the content team on this project, I performed content extractions and content inventories, assisted with site architecture, managed digital assets, and migrated content using a Cascade CMS. I also assisted with final QA/proofreading of content for several departments' new websites.
